Certified Sports Psychology Coach
I’ve spent over two decades helping athletes push past limits, unlock their potential, and perform when it matters most. From Grand Slam champions to Olympic medalists, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes who compete on the world stage — and just as importantly, guiding ambitious juniors and dedicated adults who want to elevate their game.
My professional coaching journey began at Saddlebrook Resort & Tennis Academy, where I worked with nationally and internationally ranked juniors and traveled with players to tournaments around the world. Over the years, I’ve coached at top clubs across the country and worked directly with athletes such as Olympic Gold Medalist and nine-time Grand Slam champion Bethanie Mattek-Sands, ATP doubles player Artem Sitak, and U.S. Open Champion Jess Cumming (Halfpipe Skiing).
What drives me is more than results on the scoreboard. I specialize in identifying the hidden mental and performance barriers that hold athletes back — the blocks that other coaches often miss. By combining mental skills training, competitive strategy, and personalized coaching, I help athletes break through those barriers, build resilience, and compete with confidence.
Whether it’s a young player chasing their first big win or a pro athlete aiming to extend a career at the top, my approach is always the same: athlete-centered, individualized, and focused on lasting performance.
